General hotel policies
The departure time is at 12 noon. Check-in time is 2 pm
All our guests must be registered at reception.
Access to the rooms is only allowed to guests registered at the reception at the time of check-in.
Visits are only allowed in the common areas and until 9pm.
We reserve the right of admission of any person and we ask you to maintain a respectful conduct and good customs.
Use the safe inside your room to safeguard your valuables.
Costa Rican legislation prohibits smoking inside the rooms and all hotel facilities.
Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be paid for by the guest.
DEPOSIT AT THE HOTEL
At the time of check-in we request a credit card as a guarantee of payment for extras or damage to the room.
If the guarantee deposit is not used, it will be released in the next 24 hours after the check-out by the hotel bank. Any delay in the return of funds or availability is the responsibility of the bank issuing the credit card.
Debit cards are not accepted to manage the guarantee deposit.
MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations with non-refundable conditions are final. Cancellation or modification is not allowed.
For other reservations with flexible conditions, cancellations before 72 hours 100% refund in favor of the client. Cancellations less than 72 hours are billed 100% of the value of the reservation.
Reservations must be modified or canceled in writing via e-mail to info@HotelyApartamentosLaSabana.com
No cash refunds
Modifications or cancellations of transportation services must be received in writing 24 hours before the service.
DAY PASS POLICIES
Food and drinks are not allowed into the hotel.
PETS
Pets of 10kg or less are allowed.
An additional cleaning charge will be made to the room per night, per pet.
Pets must be accompanied at all times, both in common areas and inside the room.
Pets are allowed in gardens, pool area and terrace area. They must wear a leash while outside the room.
