As part of our Safety Strategy at La Sabana, we have divided our team into two groups.  These groups work in separate time periods in an independent and integrated manner.  This allows us to better control and manage any outbreak that might occur.

Because of this new way or working, our staff has had to adapt to new roles and learn new chores!  These have been times of much learning and growth for all of us.  Besides acquiring new knowledge and skills, we have placed value and understanding on tasks that were performed by other team mates for a long time.  This allows us to be a stronger and tighter team.  It is so exciting!
