As part of the celebration for World Turism Day, the National Turism Chamber CANATUR organized the 2019 San José Historic Monument Rally.  It was our first time participating in the rally and La Sabana won first place!!! We are so excited and proud of our team: Sylvia, Melissa & Alejandro.

In order to win the rally, much mental, physical agility as well as team work is needed.  Our team managed to discipher 25 clues, visit the 25 historic monuments and finish the task in the shortest time!

San José is not only the port of entry to Costa Rica, it is also a destination by itself.  This activity seeks to promote it as a cultural and historic destination for both national and international tourists.  Explore and discover this hidden jewel unknown to many.

La Sabana Hotel, Suites & Apartments is only 3km away form the city center.  A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive will take you directly into down town.  It is the perfect location to explore San Jose and Sabana Park.
