Our philosophy on continuous improvement and innovation has never been more visible than in 2020.  This can be observed everywhere, starting with new procedures, training of personnel in new skills and organizational structures, finding new ways of offering a personal and warm experience to our guests across physical barriers.

We are constantly revising and improving our safety protocols in order to care for our guests and staff.  With the purchase of a new fogger, we are now ready to incorporate a final step in the disinfection of all rooms.  Before “sealing” the room, and as a final step in the disinfection procedure, we apply a thin layer of disinfectant solution on all surfaces.  This disinfectant´s active ingredient is fifth generation quaternary ammonium.  After the thin layer dries, it works as a seal on all surfaces.
