Meet don Roberto! Don Roberto is our partner in the Organic Waste Program. At La Sabana Hotel, Suites & Apartments we separate all residues, those generated during operation and also by our guests. Organic waste is picked up by don Roberto 3 times a week and used to feed the pigs in his farm. This is what we call a win-win situation for all, including most importantly, our environment.
