Education, along with a positive attitude, are the pillars of self-empowerment, which is one of the core corporate values at the hotel. We encourage all our staff to pursue continuous education through our High School and Scholarship Programs.

Our High School Program is focused on those employees who did not have the opportunity to finish their basic education. We base our work on the Maestro en Casa program from the Ministry of Education. On the other hand, our Scholarship Program pays for 50% of tuition for technical and university education. Not only do we support our staff financially, but also guarantee time from work to accommodate their class schedule. Our goal is to achieve a balance between school and work.
